If you are a member of Lady Riders of Michigan please complete the following
form no sooner than April 1, 2010 to begin this years Annual Mileage Contest.
It doesn't matter if you ride
10 miles or 20,000 miles every mile counts in the contest! Prizes are awarded for the top three highest mileages and
also the closest to average. Support members are allowed to enter but will be awarded just one prize and separate from
the main contest.
If you submit your starting mileage be sure to return here to enter your ending mileage on October
31, 2010. Your mileage needs to be recorded as of that date but you may submit the form up until November 10th.
Please do not include any mileage put on your bike after that date.
If you have more than one bike please provide
a separate form for each bike.
